Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 July 2026
These terms cover your use of Wikime, a product operated by SIRO & CO. By creating an account you agree to them. We have kept them short and readable on purpose.
Your account
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure, and for the activity on your account. Wikime is intended for people aged 16 and over.
Your content is yours
You own everything you create in Wikime. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store your content, process it into your wiki, and deliver it back to you and to the AI tools you choose to connect. We do not sell your content, and we do not share it without an action you take.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Wikime to impersonate someone else.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data.
- Treat any connection token you generate as a secret. It grants read access to your wiki, so keep it private and revoke it if it is exposed.
Billing
Wikime is offered on a paid subscription after any free trial. Pricing and the billing interval are shown at checkout before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. You can always export your wiki and leave.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Wikime running reliably, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features over time. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SIRO & CO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Wikime. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
